Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center

This hotel is amazing. The free snack between 5-7, the made to order free breakfast, and the customer service is excellent! We had our daughter's birthday party here an they went above an beyond allowing us to use a private area an decorate it. Excellent experience an we will be back for the third time an more to follow in the future!

Rooms were nice and the staff was all friendly. Quite impressed with the breakfast, so many choices that it was overwhelming. John made easily the best omelet I've ever had. We came down at what seemed to be a busy time for breakfast but he was keeping up no issues with a smile on and insisted we get omelets. We will be choosing this hotel again when in the area!

My family and I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Noblesville. We always go out of our way to stay at a Hilton Embassy if possible because of the good experiences we’ve had in the past. While the staff were very nice and the common spaces in the hotel were clean, I did not have a good experience with our room. There were 2 flies in the room when we arrived (no big deal). At bedtime (before we get in the bed), I found multiple strands of hair on the pillows - see photo. I called the front desk to let them know and they said someone will come and change the pillow cases. One of the staff did bring up 4 pillow cases, but she just handed those to me and said I can change them. Usually not a big deal, but I am very sensitive when it comes to room cleanliness and other people’s hair

Positive: Nice bar and lobby. Complimentary welcome drinks and breakfast. Good location for concerts. Negative: The bathroom doors are sliding, barn style and do not lock, nor close completely. Rooms outside of bathroom and bedroom were small.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament. First day got yelled at for using the stairs because they are emergency only, which I’m fine with, however there was no previous warning. Also, whenever I charged my phone in the hotel room the screen stopped working. And I know it’s not because of my phone or charger because it worked after I unplugged it and when I used my own charging brick it starting working. I was told that there was quiet hours past 10:00 which once again, I am fine with, but there was lots of noise coming from the hallway after midnight. If you are going to have rules at least enforce them for everyone. Keep in mind we were yelled at before ten and the people outside received no repercussions.
