Quality Inn New Columbia-Lewisburg

I'm rating the room a 2 (see pic) didn't need any service so don't know but the location for me was perfect. The hotel is right next to rt 15 but heard no road noise. The adjoining room (I did not request) but if you look at picture you can see the light all around door and they had they're tv on all night long. Only part that was annying!!

We had problems with our toilet breaking and then mold was found in our tile. We had to stay here for 3 months until everything got fixed. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very good to us and extremely helpful with advice on our homeowners policy. Rooms were very reasonable and very nice.

I’ve stayed here several times and every time the staff is nice. The place is clean. The food is fresh. The grounds are peaceful and you even have a restaurant attached. I love my stay there almost like a vacation even when I’m on business.

We usually always use Quality Inn when we travel. Rooms are usually around $100 and most allow pets. This is the BEST Quality Inn we've ever been to! Why we loved it 1.The rooms while not updated like a lot do the other hotels with modern furniture and designs were clean, well maintained and very cozy. Nothing felt old or gross, even tho the style was older (I actually found it more cozy cause it was all gray and modern) 2. The room had a dehumidifier in it! Praise be!! It had an exhaust fan in the bathroom and a dehumidifier. No damp moldy room! I can stress what a difference this makes! 3. Everything was clean, looked clean, felt clean. 4. Their were touches all over the hotel (like random seating areas, beautifully potted plants, pool toys, pool lounging areas, etc..) that just show

We have stayed at this quality in plenty of times. Each a good experience until the last. We arrived after nine in the evening to a different room than we had booked and the bathroom had not been cleaned before our arrival. They were dirty towels the Spicket and mirror had stuff on them. The toilet paper roll was empty. There was no soap and a dirty soap dish. Trash in the bathroom trashcan. The main room was clean. Not the normal level of quality we expected. We were tired and didn’t appreciate having to deal with all of this. The front desk staff were very accommodating and apologetic.
