Holiday Inn Express Lewisburg/New Columbia by IHG

The staff are such great help! Everyone is amazing, and I especially want to recognize the Front Desk Manager, Rachael and Kitchen Manager Chelsea! I travel from Florida every couple of weeks, and I love to stay here! The staff are amazing! They are always very helpful in helping me with my stay and also advising me on getting around the area and any weather conditions I should be aware of, to get around safely while driving. Knowing that I travel from far every 2-3 weeks, The staff always find a way to accommodate me even if I arrive before check in time. I first selected this hotel months back because it is brand new and is very clean and well kept, And now getting to know the staff here is why I continue to choose this hotel time and time again! I woke up with a major headache and was thinking about booking another night just so I could lay back down for a couple hours even though I have to be on the road by 6 pm that day. The manager was so nice he let me just do a late late checkout since I am a gold member but, what an awesome thing to do and I would recommend this hotel !! The rooms are large and updated , the suites are the largest I’ve ever stayed in at any holiday inn express . The staff are always on point and super nice and the breakfast is decent . 5 stars for me because I’ve always had to pay for another night if this happens to me and they honored me for being a gold card member but, I know they would of accommodated me even if I wasn’t and not take advantage of the situation!! I drove an hour to get away from being gouged. It was a smart move. The service was great. The room was nice. I am not a fan of carpet in rooms, there's usually a smell. Not this time. I doubt if I'll ever have a reason to stay there again. Anyone that has the chance will not be disappointed.

We were here for business to the storms on the east coast. This was a welcoming spot to stay. It was clean, quiet, and the breakfast buffet was great! Chelsea the breakfast manger did an amazing job keeping everything perfect! Kudos to her!

Excellent place to stay! When in the area I automatically book here without hesitation. Rachel at the front desk and Chelsea at the Breakfast area made my stay great. Clean and quiet room. This is how all motels should be. Pet friendly too!
