Quality Inn Mount Vernon

Very good value for the money. The room was clean (both visibly, and it didn't smell like stale smoke) and accessible and quiet, even though I was only a few doors from the office. The area felt secure, the staff were kind, and it was fairly convenient to the fairgrounds, whiere I was at an event. I would definitely stay here again.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST! I should have known this was going to be a miserable experience when the mushroom hair cut kid at the front desk couldnt figure out how to check me in, let alone what room was pet friendly. Tv didnt work, none of the plug ins worked, and when I called front desk about that I was given a simple apology with no means to fix the situation. Fine, whatever. Pulled back the sheets and was mortified! Ended up going to Walmart to get a bed bag and sleeping bag, and had to keep all my belongings in my car. Blood on the wall, quarter inch thick layer of dust and hair on the tv plug in and top of the head board, and found a used needle when I moved the bed to trap the bed bugs. I am now being denied my deposit back because the filth they checked me into is being placed o

When I don’t do AirBnb then this is the only other place I stay…there were a couple small issues but they fixed them so quick. The staff is always so nice and they put up with me 🤣 They always go out of there way to make sure everyone is safe, seen and you leave feeling better then when you arrived. From here I went to Victoria where I stayed at one of there fanciest hotels and it paled in comparison.

I rarely have found myself in the position to deliver such a negative review, but unfortunately my stay here was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. |There is absolutely nothing quality like with this quality inn. |When I arrived, I was assisted by a seemingly new member of staff. He was wearing unkept tshirt while the other employee had a quality inn logo shirt. Not really a big deal but shows a lack of professionalism. |When we tried to use the hot tub we learned it was not operational.|We then decided to switch rooms and when doing so we accidentally left a phone charger in the wall. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, bathroom had a footprint from whomever used it last. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and no one came to fix it. The pool area was disgusting, nothing was wiped down reeked of mildew and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned in ages. The spa wasn’t working and the staff were rude and unfriendly, let alone apologetic. We stayed for two days and NO ONE came to do turn over service. It’s so ridiculously load from the highway noise. You can hear the people in the rooms surrounding using the their toilet and shower you would think they were in your room. They don’t offer free WiFi it’s 2026 people even McDonalds has WiFi. Honestly I’d stay anywhere else if you can afford it. The surrounding road needs to be fixed before someone gets a flat. No access or walka
