Quality Inn Marshall near University

The breakfast buffet was awesome. Five star. We got early.Check in by two and a half hours. Five stars. Everything in the room was clean. Hot tub was the perfect heat. We played in the pool for hours. Very close to both taco bell and domino's where we ate when we're standing there.

Very NICE hotel and very CLEAN! I purchased the hotel reservations through Trip.com.I would’ve given Quality Inn a perfect score but upon check-in they told me I owed more money for the room that I pre-purchased through Trip.com. I told them this is the fourth hotel room I have booked through Trip.com and I have never paid any additional money upon check-in. They tried to tell me it was Trip.com‘s issue. While I’m standing there they charged my credit card without approval. Things got really heated! Most concerning is that I did not give them my credit card I only gave it to Trip.com when I paid for the room.

Clean hotel. Comfortable Bed. Nice hot hot-tub. Pool looked nice but didn't use. Great hot breakfast including eggs, sausage, gravy, yogurt, oatmeal flavored packets, and pastries. We had a quiet, great nights sleep. For the price, would absolutely stay there again.

Very unhappy with our stay. I made a reservation in advance as we were staying with two of our dogs whom are big dogs. Made the request for first floor due to needing to take them out and traveling with kennels, hunting stuff, cooler, ect. Upon arrival the employee who did our check in was more interested in his cell phone than actually being helpful. He gave us no direction, advised of no elevator, ect and walked away. We loaded a cart with kennels and things as well as having the dogs leashed to bring inside. We had to ring him back to the desk and asked about the elevator to which he said no and offered no assistance. He disappeared at least 3 times while we were trying to get to our room and was on his phone. We asked about being put on the first floor and he said no and walked away ag

The hotel was clean and spotless and we travel a lot. We notice the small things and we were very impressed! I smelled very good and the help was very nice to visit with. Keep up the good work!!
