Quality Inn

The staff was great, the room was clean and fresh. The one thing that I didn't like was they charged me $25 for my little dog after I arrived at the hotel and not while I was on the phone making the reservation. Once inside she showed me the sign that there was a fee but it did not have a dollar amount on it. I use choice hotels all the time and they should have known from my profile that I travel with a small pet. That is my only NAY

For anyone handicap, the beds are too high, and the toilets are too low. But the staff is absolutely amazing, very accommodating. Rooms are clean, just not very handicap friendly.

The room was a disaster. If we weren’t so tired we would have left. The only clean things were the beds. The furniture was old and damaged. The wall rack almost came of the wall and hit me. The water had a bad odor ,had to use bottled water to brush teeth. The bathroom had crude in all the corners and the door was damaged. When we went for coffee at the continental breakfast all the yogurt containers were expired. Do not stay here!

The beds in the room were dirty and had hair on the actual bed spread itself, I used a backlight on the bathroom and it was a mess all over the walls. The next morning, we had breakfast and there was objects in the apple juice that was dispensed by the machine in the lobby and made both my wife’s and my stomach upset for the rest of the day and made our daughter’s stomach upset as well.

Toilet would not flush and was reported upon returning back to room still broke. Called front desk said it was being investigated. Several hours went by called again was told to move into another room, however, that room was not cleaned. End up staying in same room flushing toilet by pouring water in tank.
