Quality Inn Ladysmith

I really enjoyed my work trip here—the location was perfect. I’ve traveled to many smaller towns and was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. It felt like staying in a cozy lodge. The hotel has a great pool area with a hot tub and a small kiddie pool, which is perfect for families. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back.

I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the pool area especially the hot tube. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast area was clean and cozy. Staff at the front desk were efficient and helpful.

Positive: Hot tub, free breakfast Negative: Didn't complain, but room wasn't perfect. Sauna was not working, and that was one reason I went there. Probably should have complained, maybe gotten a discount.

I had Recently stayed at This Quality Inn, in Ladysmith, WI. When arriving back from Breakfast, I’d experienced a Faulty electronic door lock, and My key would not open it! So I asked the front desk for a new key, That didn’t work. Then, even the Master Key wouldn’t open it! The Maintenance man was asked to change the batteries, which he Promptly did, There was no need to rush, but Let me say this, Every person dropped what they did, and it was “All Hands On Deck” for the small problem I experienced. Their professionalism, Kindness, and Apologetic attitude were all second to none, and I will stand by My 5 Star review for these reasons. After all, The door lock issue could have happened at Any time, to Anyone. But the way they handled it and took care of Me, spoke volumes.

Husband and I were heading up to ladysmith for some hunting. Little did we know that the quality inn would provide us an experience we would never forget. A quality cabin like stay, made our trip complete. Thank you to Laurie Kowalski, front desk associate, for giving us dinner recommendations and a welcoming face everytime we walked through the door. The good lucks, how was your hunts and looking forward to hearing about its, really went a long way! We will be back ❤️
