Quality Inn Kirkland

Everything exceeded expectations for the price. The room was clean, it did not smell weird, I couldn’t hear noise at night. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the morning breakfast was not bad at all. Only 4 stars because I got charged twice for the room. But it was refunded after I brought it to their attention. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kirkland thanks to the genuinely friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and willing to help, which goes a long way. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping clearly puts in the effort to maintain a good standard. The only downside was the laundry area—it could really use some updates. The washers and dryers are older, there’s no change machine available, and payment options are limited, which makes laundry a bit inconvenient for longer stays. Overall, a solid place to stay with great hospitality; upgrading the laundry facilities would make it even better.

Everyone was great, the lobby was super clean and festive. The gentleman at check in was very helpful when I forgot my wine bottle opener. 😉. The room was clean and spacious and the on demand tv options were really nice. The only issue we had was the bed was very hard and the toilet randomly would run. But overall a good place to stay.
