Motel 6 Kirkland, WA - North Kirkland

Friendly service from the Front Desk team, great room accommodations at a budget friendly price. Appreciate the manager Cathy for all she does, have heard many wonderful things about her service and operations. Room amenity; the TV in our room is new with some premium channels available and there are upgrades all throughout the room, indicating remodeled modern furniture, lighting, and decor. Love the bigger mirrors for getting ready and lots of counter space. Room was clean but even though I booked non-smoking, still experienced a smoking smell during my stay. I enjoyed the coffee pot in my premium room it made a decent cup, and the coffee available in lobby was even tastier. Really liked the reception employees attention and how they immediately addressed my concerns about another guest

0/100. No. No is the answer. I would point out that every person that works here is a homeless sad story you do not want to know. Annoying as they can be everytime one's in range of anyone stupid enough. Also the TV never worked and no attempt to get me working tv in 3 weeks, old fool laughed out loud in my face on that one. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. No water pressure, crazy people no one would want around and the place is too dirty... Should bulldoze this place to get rid of these into the abyss. Pitiful

A lot nicer than some hotels in the area we've stayed at! We were pleasantly surprised. Rooms are nice, but bare. Things feel new, the TV in the room was 4k, but there's not much else to it. No soap included in the shower, no extra blankets on the bed, no microwave in the room though there is a microwave and a set of laundry machines on the first floor for anybody to use. Staff is super friendly, both the maids and the people in the front office. They sold me some laundry detergent when the vending machine broke and refunded me for the trouble there. You get what you pay for here, but the staff make it a good experience overall where there are shortcomings. If you're in need of a pet-friendly layover this is a good spot.

The location is about the only good thing about this place. Despite the classic negative reputation of a Motel 6, the reviews were good and photos were nice so we decided to save some money and give it a try. When we arrived to our room on the 3rd floor, we walked in and it smelled of cigarette smoke with a swipe of poop still on the toilet seat. When we were leaving I also noticed a swipe of poop on the molding of the outside of the bathroom door. I would never stay here again. Please just save your time and money and go for something else with a better reputation. Unfortunately the good reviews were not our experience there whatsoever.
