The location is very convenient, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff very friendly. I had a front desk clerk Gary to check me in and he so awesome. The housekeepers are definitely family friendly, super nice and patient. The lady Trina she’s pretty nice, but a little bit pushy during checkout so make sure to checkout on time! Other than that, I would highly recommend the quality Inn North of Kingstree. I will definitely be staying again!!

I travel for work every week, so I am in a different hotel every week. This one, by far is the worst in which I've stayed. As a caveat, I did not have exceedingly high or even high expectations of this hotel but I did not expect to encounter the filth and disgust I experienced. To put it nicely and briefly, they need a complete renovation of everything, not just maintenance. Now for the details... Carpeting, paint, general maintenance and replacements are all in serious need. Everything smells of mold and weed. The carpet is in horrible condition. There are stains on every single item in this hotel from the linens and towels to the carpets and walls and everything in between. There are roaches prominent throughout the hotel, on the walls in the hallway and in the room. The lamp on the desk

Due to death in the family my cousin and I had to take a 9 hour drive to SC on September 29, 2025. Upon our arrival to 1610 N. Longstreet, Kingstree, SC. we checked in and proceeded to our room on the first floor. When we opened the door to our 2 double bed room ($254.76 for 3 nights) the smell of MOLD was overwhelming. The gray carpet was worn and dirty. The one lamp shade had stains and the other lamp shade did not have light bulbs. I'm extremely allergic to mold and immediately returned to the front desk and explained the condition of the room. The clerk-woman went to the room to see for herself. She offered us to stay at another room within the hotel and when she opened that door, to our dismay, the smell of mold was also apparent. I requested a complete refund and a receipt. I was adv

The first room we were assigned smelled really bad of mold and mildew. So bad that even the front desk worker agreed and assigned us another room. The second room was in need of major renovation, the rug was filthy and fraying apart around the tub, when turned on the pump for the tub the water turned extremely dirty, there were no chairs in the room, no table in the room, the curtains didn't have hooks on the ends making it hard to close the curtains for privacy. There were 2 towels in the room, we got a room with a juccuzi tub, should've been at least 2 extra towels. The remote for the tv was slimy feeling, dirty and didn't allow access to the channels that were supposed be included like hbo. It was very noisy because the door had huge gaps around it which allowed all the sounds in the h
