Wouldn't stay here and wouldn't encourage anyone else to stay here. ||||The room smelled like cigarette smoke although it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. There were also cigarette burns on the blankets. ||||My mother and I got air freshener and cleaning supplies from the store to re-clean, sanitize, and deoderize the room. ||||The front door had space between the floor and the door where there should have been whether-stripping. We stuffed towels under the door to keep the bugs outside. ||||The town is poor, but that does not excuse the state of this establishment. I've stayed in underserved areas before and received great service and decent accommodations. This place has poor management.

How this place hasn't been shut down by the Health Inspector, much less not have a ton of bad reviews is beyond me. There is nothing even adequate about this place. To start things off, there is no Sprint cell phone coverage in the area, so you will rely on the phone in the room, right? First, when I picked up the phone to make a call, the phone fell out of the wall. When I finally got it put together, a call to the front desk just rang and rang and rang. No one answered. That's bad, but here's where it gets really disgusting. The room I was in was roach infested. I saw at least 5 different roaches, including 1 ON MY TOOTHBRUSH. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, but physically couldn't do it. So, the next morning, I went to check out, and asked for my money back for just the 2nd n

I reserved a NON- SMOKING room, and the manager gave me a room that had a tons fresh cigerette smoke in the air in the room. Was it the housekeeper (she had just finished cleaning the room) smoking in the room or the last customer (that apparently had just checked out)?? I don't smoke and don't like to inhale smoke. It was so bad, it was like someone was sitting in the room with me puffing away. It was unbearable. I will not return to that hotel, needless to say. However, the room was clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was never top notch...my first preference...but made it work cause we never got "a real bad" room. However, it has gotten even worse. I will NEVER go there again. They gave us a room with the tub clogged. Rather than giving us a refund, they was going to use a plunger to declog it. Negative! Then gave us a different room that was worse than the first with live roaches...needless to say we left without a refund which is fine...they need the $60 more. Stay away

I stayed in room 118 for a NASCAR race. I had originally reserved a king, but my husband couldn't go. When I mentioned to the owner that I was by myself and that I had a change in traveling companions, he immediately offered me two doubles at the lower king price. He also suggested a few restaurants to try, and gave great directions.||||The room was very spacious, with two double beds, a dining- room- sized table w/ 2 chairs, a pullout couch, a microwave, a large mini- fridge, a full- size dresser, and a night stand. HBO and cable were included. The beds were firm with fair bedding. One of my sheets had a cigarette hole in it, but the room was listed as non- smoking and had no noticeable smoke smell. The pillows were extremely plump, almost to the point of being unusable for me. The room w
