Quality Inn Kinder near Casino

Took the wife to coushata casino because no comp rooms during valentine's day. Just 5 minutes away. The TV sux and cable. The handicapped ♿️ bathroom was huge and easily accessible. Good thing I brought napkin roll because toilet paper was 1, small, not enough. Gas station literally in front of the room. It was ok for the trip. Hit golden nugget next day.

Positive: Everything here was as one would expect given the rating, price, and staff. In fact, my experience was a bit unique, yet; the staff accomodated for personal necessities and more. For their exemplary and professional service I rate my stay the highest rate Negative: I was not notified about the pet charges beforehand, but expected it. No fault of their own, but the online agency who booked the stay for me. I had to find it in the details, which ultimately points back to me anyway.

Walls and baseboards were filthy. Walllight fixtures (buttons ect)so filthy I didn’t want to touch. Remote nasty. Front of refrigerator nasty. Furniture dirty. Smoke alarm hanging open and disarmed. Wall picture filthy. Washcloth stained black with odor. Bed sheets were clean and bed comfortable.

Unfortunately this particular location is a bad representation of your chain. Roaches in room, broken bathtub, air conditioning so loud(squeal) couldn’t use. Holes in bed sheets. Dead batteries in remote. Broken furniture. Breakfast was a joke even for a so called budget motel. This place should be closed or completely remodeled

Quality Inn was my choice because of the location to all I had to do in the short time that I was in the area. From check-in day 1 early, the staff accommodated for every need I had and continued to accommodate my entire stay. Very professional was the service I received throughout my stay, consistent with every day's events. That stood out more than anything else here. It wasn't just the comfort and privacy, but the sense of security hoped for when away from home. Hands down, these people are in business because they SHOULD BE, and the population should know that if the Quality Inn in Kinder, LA. is where to book when a quality stay is the agenda.
