TERRIBLE!!! My daughter almost ate rat poop. They wouldn’t refund us. We just checked in not even ten minutes in the room and went to tell him about the poop he went straight to the bed side it was on without me even telling him and then he kicked us out. No refund at all. Please don’t support this business. We apparently used the room because we used the toilet and turned on the tv. Wow. Oh and made coffee.

The first room electrical plug wasn't working. So they moved us to another room. The room was nice but had no towels and no toilet paper. But we got the items from the first room. And had a goodnight 😴

I'm beginning to think people are mixing up this motel with another one. The owners have never been anything short of wonderful to me. They've always been happy to help when i needed something during one of my stays. No it's not a 5 star luxury hotel but it's comfortable, clean, and accommodating. American Inn has been a lifesaver for me in the past. I was in need of a place to lay my head after being flooded out of my house. After asking for their weekly rates and explaining why I needed a room the guy actually knocked a little off of my rate. I got a good night's rest the whole time I stayed and my room was cleaned up every evening when I got back from work.

I checked it and room smelled like dope. I pulled back the sheets and there was hair in the bed and stains. The front desk was very nice and showed me 2 more rooms and I picked the one that didn't smell funny. I asked for an extra pillow because they are pretty thin. It had hair on it. This room also had hair between the sheets that was not mine but not as much as the first room. I made sure to sleep fully clothed.
