Quality Inn Henderson I-85

As surprised as I was at the cleanliness, I was glad to see the place was better than other experiences I have had at other locations. The covers were too thin and I was still a bit colder so the heat would have to be turned up too much for me personally. The breakfast waffle mix was too thin and there was no syrup left in the container for that early in the morning, so I would guess, once it is actually full, it sits there til it’s empty. Which explains when I tried to get some it was thick looking like it’s about to dry up.

Room wreaked of cigarette, and Marijuana smoke so we didnt even go in. Just went to the desk and asked for a different room. You wouldve thought I slapped the desk clerk for asking for another room. So we got inside after paying a deposit for a midsized well-trained dog. They kept the deposit even though we didnt even walk the dog on the property (we are very mindful and respectful of properties who allow animals) . Also, there are weird holes in the ceiling and around the smoke detectors like cameras are in them. Very weird and creepy. There are zero extras.

Our friends who are Military Vets. meet up at my place in Georgia. We're a small group heading to DC for Memorial Day on our bikes. We stopped at a place that wouldn't accept Discover or American Express cards. We left and came to this hotel. The young gentlemen was kind enough to answer all our questions and this establishment accepted all type of cards. The group received military discount and it was a good deal comparison to other hotel we stopped earlier. Rooms were very clean and had done some renovations. They seem to be doing other things as there were items and boxes laying outside. Love the canvas in the room, took a picture of it. The bathroom flooring and toilet new too. There were new chairs and new furniture in room. Just needs some touch up of paint on walls and doors. Price

My second time at this hotel. The first time I came, I chose the hotel because the information said there was a fitness room available. When I found out that the fitness room didn't exist anymore, I started with a short jogging round. During my recent second stay I extended my jogging round to 3.5 Miles (5km). The back roads around the hotel are pretty quiet in the morning.

I found it to be a clean and acceptable place to stay. But it was not fancy and the amenities were old and the rate was a bit expensive. However, My tastes deviate from the normal: I don't mind saving money by staying in a worn or risky facility. But most people want better, cleaner, safer.
