My 20lb Scottish Terrier was attacked by a 70lb pitbull staying in a room next to mine. The dog owner didn't have the dog on the leash. My dog suffered bit wounds on the neck and needed medical attention. I was walking my dog on a leash next to my side. I had to fight the dog off mine. 1. Ownership doesn't regulate the dog rules. 2. When I went to the front desk, I was told there are no managers here to handle the situation. 3. Staff did nothing to accommodate me minus a refund for the extra night I wasn't staying anymore. Now that we are past the very dangerous part of this hotel, I'll address the rooms. 1. My room, 111, appears to have bed bugs. We didn't sleep well on top of their blankets in our own we brought. 2. The heat didn't work in my room. 3. The water for the shower was in
Positive: Breakfast Negative: Yes the pool areas need to be cleaned windows included, the hot tub needs to be fixed the window to room 214 needs to be fixed as it opens all the way there were phone wires with the faceplate attached dangling out of the wall and the phone did not work.
The place is poorly maintained. The bathroom door had damage with just tape over it. The door to the room needed to be painted. The sink had no stopper. The sink faucet did not work properly. The tub looked terrible. It looked like it had been resurfaced, but the resurfacing material was coming off. It did not look clean. The window curtain pull handle was missing on one side. One side of the curtain was not attached properly, and the curtains would not close properly. I had to use a hairclip to keep them closed for privacy. On the good side, the bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean.
We stayed for a long weekend and I was very happy with the service. The guy named Frank at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The girl serving the breakfast seemed very friendly and she talked with my wife and me for a few minutes. I think her name is Patience. She told us about a few festivities in the Farmington area and we had a great time. We will definitely be back to Quality Inn when we come back to the area again.
Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. The other guests were loud and stared at us when we got there. The rooms were ok. The one had a broken drawer and was still dirty in the shower. The fridge started being really loud in the middle of the night and smelled really bad. In the other room it was much cleaner but the bathroom door was broken around the handle which made it hard to close. For the price it was ok. Would not stay by myself.
