Crown Pointe Lodge, BW Signature Collection

Good clean sizable and comfortable room with the best maid service we have seen on a long time. Breakfast was better than most hotel fare with good service also. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Overall a fine stay|

The staff here makes the hotel feel like home, a luxurious get away, or whatever you might be looking for. Rooms and all public areas are impeccably clean. Very comfortable amenities. Staff goes above and beyond for the customer.

This hotel use to be amazing I don't know what happened its like night and day completely online it says $114 for 3 adults and 1 child I paid more PLUS a $150 deposit how is the deposit more than a stay also a deposit isn't mentioned online or ar reservation or at check in its mentioned after they charge you for your stay. Ok she cut us a deal on the deposit room was freezing when we got in no biggie turned on the heat went to use the restroom there was pee in toilet we get to the main reason we come here to the pool and there is a man working doors open can't even swim in pool once again NOT mentioned at reservation or check in and there was screws laying all over pool room floor and the scum on bottom of pool.....the list goes on and on I am expecting someone to contact me about this awf

The pool heater was down but that didn't stop my son from enjoying it. We really enjoyed how late the hot tub was open as well. It was a good trip, only hotel in a pretty large area with a hot tub in it.
