Quality Inn Fairmont

Don't waste any of your money at this hotel I've had the worst experience in my life!!! I was at this hotel for two days for a wedding. In which they don't offer ROOM SERVICE. I'm a single wom and had with 3 kids with me. My kids are 5, 3, 1. My 5 year old spilled root beer on the bed in the middle of the night. He work up at 2 am and was thirsty. He grabbed a root beer and went back to bed. His pop spilled and they charged me $90 for spilled pop!. I've called twice and asked to speak with a manager. Both ladies were extremely rude to me on the phone. The second lady was very very rude and I work customer service. She told me 3-5 days a manager will follow up. I wan't cooperates number. Also the breakfast was also soggy and old. Very bad experience!

Other than it needing some updates it’s a great place to stay. The heaters leaked in a couple rooms but front desk was very helpful and switched us rooms until we got one that worked. They gave us an air mattress to use at no charge and breakfast was very good. Pet friendly too so we were able to bring our small dog which we appreciate.

We don't usually stay at Quality Inns, but this one was excellent. Everything was clean, the staff was polite, and we would stay there again if in this area.

The room was comfortable and nice. However, it could have been cleaner. When I went behind the chair in the room to turn on the floor lamp, the carpet was thick with dust and there was a past keycard on the floor back making it apparent that the furniture had not been pulled out and it had not been vacuumed in some time. For someone like myself who has severe allergies and asthma , it is very important to have a clean dust free, dander free room. All in all a nice place, however, the continental breakfast was a bit lacking.Usually there are bagels and bacon which there was not.

The pool area was cold and the hot tub wasnt that warm. We've never been to a hotel and not be able to sit in there with our grandkids cuz its so cold in there. And the door lock where u put the key in to open did not work well. Had to kick or push hard on door to open its like it needs something done. Breakfast area the bananas could have been better ones. They looked like you can use for banana bread. Hot tub could have been warmer. You may want to work at improving that for the future.
