Quality Inn Enola - Harrisburg

I had a very pleasant stay. There were plenty of charging ports available and the wifi was very good throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was that I would have liked to use the safe to store something while away. There was no key provided as the instructions on the safe said there would be. It was not important enough for me to go back to the lobby to get a key, if one was available so I did not bother however it would have been nice to be able to use the safe during my stay.

Had to stay due to an emergency situation in our home, and needed to be closer to workplace. Guy that worked overnight was chill and helpful. The lobby is nice, and the rooms are nice at a first glance, but after being there throughout the 2 days we noticed several things. The sheets had dog hair on them and random stains all over them. Requested new sheets and we were given sheets that still were stained (smelled clean) but had poor conditioned appearance. 1 day into our stay and 2 men that worked there came into our room without knocking. Just walked right in. There is black mold growing in the caulking of the shower. And around the doorframe to the bathroom is what appears to be either something of a brown liquid that was thrown or splashed on the frame or fecal matter from insects. I c

I have been coming to this hotel almost every week as its very close to my work place. Recently they changed the new furniture and I love the way it looks! The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean. No complaints, will be coming back!!

I have stayed here in the past and been very happy with this Quality Inn. This time, the room that I had provided the bare basics but felt like it hadn't been maintained as the rooms have been when I stayed in the past. ||The room that I had this time had multiple chips in the porcelain tub, the spigot and the temperature control for the water were both loose in the wall. The shower rod was rusting. There was an unpainted section of a wall where a safe or something else had been located previously. There were no pictures or any decorations on the walls and no curtains. The room did have a shade.||Aside from that, the room was clean and the water pressure for the shower was very good.

The staff was amazing. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean the Gentlemen at night time that’s from North Carolina and his mom are the most sweetest people ever. The gentleman during the daytime is kind as can be. The food was great. It’s a beautiful location, beautiful scenery just an absolutely amazing overall stay. We will definitely be coming back and booking again.
