Quality Inn Delta Gateway to Rocky Mountains

We liked the short stay and the customer service was really good. Thanks. However, when we open the door of room 209 we noticed a musty odor. We opened the window to let fresh air come in and became better. The big mirror over the vanity was broken in one side (top to bottom). No vents in the bathroom, slow shower flow, and carpet in the room and hallway need dry cleaning. The breakfast was good. When we came in all the tables were dirty with crumbs and bits of jam. Garbage can overflowig, but someone came and pushed the dirty plates and cups down with their hands, instead of taking the garbage bag out and replacing it. These are just suggestions to make Quality Inn in Delta,CO better. We recommended the Quality Inn Delta Gateway to relatives and they stayed there too. I will continue to r

Positive: Room was spacious and adequate amenities. Breakfast was included. Negative: I was staying for two nights, but the staff just kept making my key for only one day, thus I kept having to go back to the front desk to get my key updated.

We arrived late at night, and right from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home, which was a comforting start to our stay. Our room was clean, cozy, and the bed was perfectly made. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature throughout the night for me, my wife and toddler son. Having stayed in two other hotels over the last couple of days, we can confidently say that we had the best sleep here. It was quiet, comfortable, and most importantly, we felt safe staying here with our family. Another big plus was the ample parking available, which made everything more convenient. Overall, a great experience, we’d definitely stay here again.

Pro: This was an ok place to stay. Room was clean, bed/pillows comfortable. |Breakfast was standard continental fare. Good enough for a quick bite before getting on the road. |Con: It’s really not a good look when you are walking down the hall to your room and the carpet is filthy!! How hard can it be to shampoo the carpet once a month or so. |It’s so bad it looks like it’s beyond cleaning and should be replaced. |Room carpet doesn’t look too bad but it’s hard to tell from the pattern. |It was good enough for one night and I would probably stay here again. |Colorado hotels are generally much more expensive than other states and this one was priced in my budget.

The only reason I’m giving a 3 is Britney and Shartay are fabulous otherwise it would be a zero !! We Arrived to find a group of men on bench by front door with cans of beer & alcohol smoking cigarettes and pot, I had to walk into driveway to get around them to enter hotel We told the manager I asked the manager Attason for an upgrade if available as I am a gold choice member he said yes available but not free - he said nothing is free ! Soo we went to our assigned room It was clean and ok but multiple things did not work.
