Quality Inn Corning

This was an excellent place to spend a night on the road. My primary comment to others is that the second floor is only accessible via a long narrow stairway. Ask for the first floor if you have concerns. Otherwise, the room was very clean and comfortable in all regards. Breakfast was in a well-lit large room with a variety of options including yogurt. Staff was very friendly. Parking was fine tho much of it is on the side. It snowed overnight but the staff cleaned the walkways and there's a covered area for loading the car.

It was very clean and welcoming. Receptionist was there everyday because of lack of help but she never complained. Continental breakfast was fresh and several items to chose from. We will definitely stay there each time we return.

Service was good, room was a good value for the price paid, but the wifi was terrible. I was trying to do some work on my ipad and it kept freezing up. The lack of an elevator was an inconvenience, especially with a heavy suitcase, but bad wifi in this day and age is terrible. Love Quality Inn as a brand for affordable stays, but this one I would avoid because of the wifi issue.

Affordable hotel, mostly clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The shower seemed to be leaking leaving the floor flooded after use and the tiles were coming off the wall. Made front desk staff aware.

Lets start with the pictuon the website are absolutely not and never was this place. The staircase was filthy, the pool had green residue or mold on the side of it, the towels were paper thin. The bathroom sink had a crack in it that had been repaired. No internet or cable for the TV only a DVD player, the ice machine was broken as well as the soda machine on second floor, the air conditioner/ heater did not work properly would come on and then shut off, the floor was wet underneath it, the only thing going for it was that it was a couple streets away from the corning glass museum. Very disappointed and will never return.
