Quality Inn Cherokee Riverside

Great property. Close to Casino. Chris at FD was a great asset to have. Pretty slow when I was there but my only complaint would be walls are thin and when guests leave and door slams the entire property shakes. No microwave in rooms but breakfast was really good. Would stay again.

It was okay nothing above or beyond any other hotel. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the pillows. Water pressure could be better. We stayed in a handicapped room so that could be why low water pressure in shower. Shower curtain could have been longer. When you take a shower quite a bit of the floor gets wet way out from the curtain. I prepaid when I made reservations and accidentally got charged again when I checked out. Hopefully I will get the credit back on my card.

We checked in a day early and the staff were accommodating. They got us checked in and we were able to stay in the same suite without changing rooms the next day. They provide breakfast. The area behind the hotel is a nice walk by the river but be careful to not step in animal poo. We loved it here! Did I say the room was clean?? It was very clean and we will definitely stay here again. The only inconvenience was no microwave in the room. If you need the microwave it could be a pass for you but we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you too the staff for the work you do to make this a great place.

This hotel is an excellent value. The facilities and rooms are up to date and everything is very clean. The staff was attentive and polite when needed. The free breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was large and nicely furnished. We certainly would stay here again.

Was clean and well kept. The ac worked without difficulty and can go down to 60. Will note that the building doesn't have elevator wasn't a problem for me but it's important to know. Bed were clean and comfortable with clean fresh linen. TV worked with no difficulty. Soap in the shower wasn't bad I had no issues. There is a shuttle that run to and from that's 3rd party gl getting a hold of them. Staff was friendly and did everything they can to help everyone I don't remember their names. Over all I would stay again.
