Quality Inn Casa Grande I-10

I wanted to update my previous review after giving this hotel another chance, and I’m really glad I did. After my initial stay, the owner personally reached out, acknowledged my concerns, and asked if I would be willing to return while they worked on improvements. I’m back for work again, and this experience has been completely different. I was placed in one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully updated, and it was clear that real effort has gone into improving the property. I truly appreciate the owner taking responsibility and making things right. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled — and in this case, it was handled well. I’m impressed with the changes and would now feel comfortable

The people employed by the hotel were very friendly. Carolina especially was very warm and friendly in the breakfast room. I stayed for six nights and got to talk to her several times. The desk staff were very helpful. I managed to lose my invoice, however, on the way home; it must have fallen out of my purse. Could I request another one sent to my e-mail? I would very much appreciate it!

We checked in for a visit to the inlaws and found that we were unable to bathe. The water was ice cold and we were forced to either take an ice cold shower or show up to an expensive dinner unwashed and having been on the road for 2 days, not showering was not an option, so ice cold it was. This was only the beginning. Since we had a deadline for dinner we opted to discuss this with the front desk when we returned. We got back around 10:30 pm and spoke with Ari who said they were sold out, then somehow found a room for us to move to at 10:30 Pm and was aware of the water problem and she was unable to reach the manager/ owner Manny, and suggested to try in the morning,but now offered to change our room. Since we had dogs and were tired we opted to talk to manny in the am. Morning came and

Hotel is in a good location, the price was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I had no problems in that respect. I down graded the score one point because some areas of the property were in need of repairs which in all fairness was being done but not yet completed. Otherwise I was completely happy with my stay and would recommend this property to others.

Great place to stay. Recently remodeled. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Close to everything in town. Rooms are very nice.
