Quality Inn Bishop near Mammoth

Stayed here for two nights. The location was good. The room was very clean and offered coffee, fridge, and a microwave, which was a plus! The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything! If you’re on the top floor, you will definitely feel the doors close beneath you from the first floor. The mattress was very firm, but the pillows were nice! The free breakfast is really just waffles, bagels and bread. They do have juice and yogurt. Not the best, but not the worst. Overall it’s a decent stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. But I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for comfort.

Bed mattress was too hard. It was so difficult to sleep. After 1 night, I just wanted to change hotels. My husband and my teen were also complaining about the hard mattress. We all didn't sleep well for 3 nights. Room was upstairs with a side door that remained unlocked so didn't like that anyone can just walk into the hallway. Staff were nice but hotel is a little run down & needs some improvements. Really appreciated that they had a dog area for my doggies to do their business. Location is spot on, its near everything so you can walk to restaurants & shops. Showers were hot & room was clean. Breakfast was just OK (lots of carb choices). Overall its a great price but next time I'll try another hotel.

These picture above really make this hotel/motel look fabulous. While it is really conveniently located, with few other options in town and quaint decor (like Yellow pages), it is older. It has the old style AC/heater, buckling floors, things falling apart and a hard cover over the pool. All in all, it was comfortable, the service was great and we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed one night at Quality Inn, Bishop CA. The room was basic but clean. It had a fridge, microwave, TV, king bed, desk, night stands, 2 chairs. Parking is right next to the room so very convenient. Check-in was fast. The location is excellent, in the middle of town. You can walk to restaurants. Breakfast was included, toast, muffins, bagels, waffles, juice, coffee. The breakfast room was average size, no problem getting a table at 8 AM. The price for one night was very good, much better than some of the other hotels in town. This is a good option if you need to stay in Bishop.

Service was great, our room was clean, we had everything we needed and the price was very reasonable. It's close to Mammoth but you can do a lot in Bishop as well. The town is so cute and has unique shops. There are also lots of food options near by. Definitely would book this hotel again.
