Quality Inn Bainbridge

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also enjoyable as well. A variety of breakfast pastries and toaster items as well as some microwave options. Will definitely stay again.

Positive: Nothing was good during my stay. There were roaches in the room. A sign stated if you stain our sheets it will be a charge(am confused) Negative: The hotel needs to provide what they provide for breakfast. The outside is nice but the rooms were terrible will not book again but for the price I should have known.

Super helpful and friendly people at the front desk for a swift check in. The room was super clean and well equipped with every modern convenience, including a lighted mirror for the bathroom. Would recommend this to any traveler.

My experience was absolutely awful. The Upper Management (also pretended to be General Manager) treated us horribly and racially profiled me and my partner. Accused of “harassment” as we have tried multiple times to get ahold of her. She said she was supposed to call us back about our refund because we were attacked by BED BUGS!! She also denied that there were such bed bugs. She also accused us of bringing bed bugs INTO THE ROOM!! We finally got ahold of her just for her to say we are banned from the hotel and threaten to sue us and call the cops on us. She also refused to let us check out due to the bed bug incident. If you don’t want to get robbed and scammed out of your money, or racially profiled based on your race/ethnicity. I’d advise to book somewhere else. I hate leaving reviews

The bed is missing a leg making it almost impossible to get in and get comfortable. There was a giant white stain on the bed skirt origin unclear but concerning. The room smelled like mildew and weed when we came in , but there is wifi so that's good. Would not recommend but a story I will tell possibly forever.
