Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bainbridge by IHG

Had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and homey feeling. Service was impeccable though. Everyone always said hello and gave a friendly smile. I really want to give a shout out to Andrew who checked us in; he was awesome and made us feel very welcomed!

I had an outstanding stay! The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Service was good at the front desk. Upon check-in, the room we were given was ajar, and someone had used its restroom. The front desk gave us another room. Housekeeping was very courteous. Things to think about before booking here - 1) the single elevator is incredibly slow. Stairs are much faster, even if you are the only person getting on the elevator, 2) the ac worked very well in our room, 3) the shower head worked, but poured out instead of spraying, 4) if you are hoping for good restaurants around the hotel, consider booking a hotel in downtown Bainbridge. Should've could've would've - I just didnt do my research given the short trip.

They blast music (not relaxing elevator music) in the hallway on the first floor at all hours which can be heard inside your room if you’re on that floor. And the workers claim they can’t turn it off or down so don’t expect a good nights sleep if you sleep light. My hotel room was okay, not the cleanest, lots of stains on the floors and my toilet bowl was not clean.
