Positive: Location. Negative: Everything. The room was filthy, no shower curtain, there was only 1 light that worked, andd the microwave cord had a short in it so if youu wanted to use it youu had to hold it a certain way. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was a mess the smoke alarm was missing and wires was hanging out of the wall . The room was only cleaned every other day not everyday. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent coffee maker didn’t work. I have stay at this location before and if this is the way it is going to be I will never stay there again.

General dirty appearance of outdoor ares including stairs. Bags of garbage left halfway up two stairs. Hot tub in room could not be used because no stopper; therefore it would not hold water. Half light bubs in room did not operate leaving room very dim. Wash cloths not in room and not available at desk when requested. Bed linens very soiled. Air handling unit in room very noisy as in worn out squeaking bearing. Loud high pitched whine all night. Door lock only operated when door lifted with great difficulty to align with door jamb opening. Floor very slippery in places and sticky in others. Floor cleaning products did not appear to have been rinsed from floor. Refrigerator very wobbly as front right bottom foot missing.

They say they have internet, but could not get it. Not enough towels. AC didn't work properly...called the desk, No one showed up to check it. The work crew (Latino) for cable and internet could not be quiet. They would stomp and slam doors on the second floor above us. Stand by your door talking loudly and Holler at each other across the parking lot. The price for 3 nights was great! And no, I'm not trying to be racist or discriminating, I can't remember the company name

I was really disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all, which made it really uncomfortable, especially at night. We were only given one towel for the whole stay, which was frustrating. The complimentary breakfast didn’t have many options to choose from. The fridge wouldn’t stay cold, so we couldn’t keep any drinks or snacks in it, and the TV didn’t work either. Location is convenient but it’s very noisy with it being off of a main road. For the price we paid, I expected much better. Definitely not worth it unless they fix these issues.
