⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I had a mostly great stay! The location was very convenient, and the price per room was excellent for the area. It was definitely a great value. Michael was absolutely wonderful when assisting me with a room issue. He made the process of moving rooms quick and seamless, which I really appreciated. Quene was also amazing at check-in and went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a feather-free room. Great customer service from both of them! Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with plenty of options to choose from. It was well-stocked and a great way to start the day. Plus, having Buffalo Wild Wings and Cold Stone right in the next parking lot was a nice bonus for easy food and dessert options. Location is great as it’s in the same shopping center as at Buffalo wild wings, cold Stone and Jersey Mike subs. Staff is super friendly. Looks like a very new hotel. The gym is really large and brand new. Nice pool. Good pillows on bed. Highly recommend

Great stay in this conveniently located hotel for my business trip. All the photos on this page are very true to how it looks in real life because the hotel is very new. It is right next to a Buffalo Wild Wings and super markets (Piggly Wiggly next door and Food City across the road). The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and my room was in excellent condition, since it is new, and very clean. Breakfast was also good as they provided waffle makers, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, juice, fruit, and plenty of coffee. One morning I had biscuits and gravy and the next was eggs and sausage so a bit of variety day to day. I will have to travel back to Albertville regularly for work and I will definitely be booking this hotel for all future trips. I am sad it was too cold to use the outdoor poo

Haven't stayed there yet, but when I called to talk to the hotel about EV charging, they were absolutely fantastic! Quene at the front desk and her co-worker were able to answer all of my questions and help plan my trip! Everyone from work stays at this location when traveling and now I know why. My co-workers all say this hotel is the best and I can see why!

Our room was very clean. The breakfast didn't have meat like bacon or sausage. That was disappointing. The lady name Deborah at front desk was excellent. The added bonus was a shuttle van.
