Presidential Mountain Resort (PMR)

So much to say about this place… I called to make the reservation and spoke with Bobbi Sue, her energy was amazing. Since Covid, customer service has been lacking everywhere but not at PMR. I had called back a few days prior to arrival to ask for an early check-in. They missed my call but Bobbie Sue called me right back. That was impressive, I appreciated that because I probably would have forgotten to call back. Upon arrival, Bobbi Sue was pleasant and welcoming. She checked me in and gave me directions to the cabin. The cabin was awesome, I had looked at the pictures on the website but pictures don’t do it justice. It was better than expected. My husband and I had the best get away because of staying at Presidental Mountain Resort. We arrived at 9pm and as I walked in to our cabin, I was amazed to how beautiful and sooo clean it was! Water view from our king size bed. Very comfy. When we go to NH again I will Always stay at PMR. Bobbie Sue was amazing. We didn't get to meet her until we were leaving and I couldn't have asked for a nicer person. We hope to go again in September and thats were we will be staying. Unfortunately ir rained the whole time we were there but we still enjoyed every second there. It was a half hour from all the things we enjoy doing (trailes,food,shopping) Thank you again Bobby Sue and PMR for giving my husband and I a wonderful 33rd anniversary

Stayed here last month with my partner for our anniversary since we wanted to see the snow and go skiing. We both loved our stay here, the director, Bobbi Sue, was very kind to us. Cabin#8 was perfect for two people, clean, cozy and private. The skii resorts were approximately a 30 minute drive. If you want a more relaxed stay with small town vibes I would recommend checking them out. They do offer food service but we decided to eat at the local restaurants.
