Adair Country Inn and Restaurant

This little inn was the highlight of our trip to New England. We were a little past peak foliage, but the inn has a beautiful view over the white mountains. It’s steeped in history and the owner and staff make a point to share its history with you. All the rooms are decorated beautifully with pieces suited to the era. The innkeeper goes the extra mile to give you outstanding hospitality with a personal touch. The food and dinner/breakfast service were wonderful as well. Cannot recommend enough!

We loved staying at the Adair Inn! The Inn itself is both Charming and Beautiful. The staff took great care of us and the breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed the spectacular views looking out towards the mountains and walking the trails on the property. The grounds are both secluded and peaceful, which is perfect for a relaxing getaway, but also very convenient for exploring The Flume Gorge/Franconia Notch and The Cog Railway. We would love to stay there again!

In addition to all of this, the staff are knowledgeable and expert in hospitality. The chefs are highly trained, the indoor and outdoor dining areas are elegantly appointed and the Inn is within easy distance of all the best hikes in Franconia Notch. If you feel a little bored, try your hand at a game of billiards in the speakeasy style basement or ask one of the waitstaff to tell you stories of the friendly ghost lore from the Inn's fascinating past. Such a beautiful, comfortable, peaceful place with amazing panoramic views. We only had breakfast one morning but it was delicious. Our rooms and the others we explored were beautifully kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We’d gladly stay here again.

Amazing views! Very well maintained classic New England Inn. Food was excellent. Fun bar and basement with pool table. Rooms are spacious and very clean.
