Prairie Lakes Ranch RV Park

We love the ranch! The owners are available in a way we’ve never experienced, they are very helpful and prompt. There is a huge sense of community within the occupants. So many times we had a neighbor who needed help and many of the other neighbors were available right away! The holidays are beautiful, as Alisha and Mark decorate so festively. The entire ranch is beautifully kept and everyone is so giving. The pavilion is a wonderful social environment, the public shower and toilet are kept like you would in your home and the gardens are such a great additional perk, as the veggies are shared! There is so much space to walk and it is so quiet. We would have stayed forever, but we retired and are now traveling full time. When we return for the winter, we will pray there is a space availa

I really cannot say enough about Prairie Lakes Ranch. Everything about PLR makes you feel at home - even when you are mobile. PLR has such a beautiful setting that it allowed my family and me to enjoy the gorgeous rural landscape. You can walk around the gardens, the ponds, and the pasture. There is always another beautiful view to take in - especially this sunsets. It is quiet, private, and gated which gives you another level of security. The park neighbors are friendly and look after one another. And there are several community spaces to enjoy including a playground/park area, bathroom/ laundry facilities, and outdoor kitchen and covered seating area along with a large fire pit and chairs, and a game or two of horseshoes and corn hole. Absolutely loved my 6 month stay at PLR. This was the first place that I parked my tiny house and made it a home. The owners and staff went above and beyond to assist in anyway they could and the communication was top notch. Everyone who came by was warm and welcoming and I loved driving by the farm animals every time I came in/out. Will definitely miss that sunset.

A very family oriented RV and Tiny Home long term community . The only park I have visited that the owners are part of the community experience (notice I did not say camping). The gated community is tucked away down a short CR road (shared with a small farm) off a main CR about 1/4 mile off the nearest state highway. It is worth mentioning that a background check is required with your application for residency. If your looking for a Home come visit us. You’ll enjoy the fishing lake, playground for the kids, and visiting with your neighbors.

I couldn’t say enough about this place and the owners. It truly does feel like a home. So much in fact that even though we are buying a house, I am sad to leave!! It is very family oriented and has a playground where the children meet and play. My husband travels often and I’ve never felt safer being left alone with the children. That kind of peace is hard to come by and is so gratefully appreciated. Thank you for giving us a home when we needed one.
