Lakeland RV Ranch and Campground, LLC

Just finished a three night stay. Everything was fantastic from being deeply understanding and flexible when our RV wasn't ready for pick up TWICE at the dealership to waiting for us at the entrance to take us to our site, even though it was after 8 p.m. when we finally arrived, offering help with anything at all, to just being genuinely nice people. The property is very good! There are sewer, water, and electric hook ups at each site, gravel roads, a huge fire pit, a pond with overlooking tree house/deck. Ducks, chickens, alpacas, neighboring goats, and a dog obstacle course. Not to mention all the extras like fire wood and roasting sticks. Thank you Jennifer! We will definitely be back!!

The Greenroom tiny house was a perfect venue for a business retreat! The space was bright and cozy. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Michele was a great host, very responsive and kind. Recommend this property!

We stayed at this Airbnb for my oldest sons birthday party. We kept in communication with “what’s her name” through the entire process and she informed us that we could check in a little earlier than the actual check in time. So we arrived around 1pm and we met Jon. Jon showed us the ropes with the camper we were staying in (sleeps 8 comfortably) and then offered to take us on a tour of the two properties! He took us around in the side by side and showed us the pond and all the cool features and then the little buildings and animals on the main property, then took us to the second property down the road where the clubhouse was! This place is awesome! The owners are so kind and keep the ranch/rv park so well maintained and clean and the area we used for a reveal party for our first grandchild was just perfect! We had about 30 people and it was very comfortable! We had a kitchen to tend to all our food and ice needs and porch was wheelchair accessible and not much walking needed for those that struggled with walking. They also had industrial size fans we could use to help keep a nice breeze going in the Texas heat and plenty of space for people to hang out and play some games in the shade and enjoy some food and watch the fun in the field! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lakeland Ranch RV Park! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and cared for. The owners, Michelle and Allen, are absolutely incredible—genuine people who clearly put their heart into making this park a special place. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. A huge shout-out also goes to Jennifer, the park manager. She truly made my experience unforgettable! Jennifer is not only professional and attentive, but she also has such a warm and friendly way of making guests feel right at home. She was always available, quick to help with anything I needed, and her kindness really set the tone for my whole visit.
