Porterville Mobile Village

I visited the Porterville mobile village on 10/112025 in hopes of securing a spot to put my mobile home i heard it was a nice spot to live. Unfortunately that was not the case at all! Upon entering the drive way I noticed a huge amount of trash and rubbish thrown about the entire front of the establishment! It looked horrible but I entered anyways hoping that it would take a different look on the inside. Again not the case it was worse than the entrance. I decided to drive through hoping to see something that would save this little place as I drove through it only seem to get worse and worse. I visited this trailer park over the past couple of days with my family to check out the neighborhood and see if it would be a good fit for us to move into, I will say it did look like a welcoming community especially from the reviews and how clean the trailers where we seen others BBQ Outside. While we were driving through to look at available areas, I was honked at by an older lady who seemed to live near the entrance. She was loudly cursing and yelling to the point that I could hear her clearly through my open window. It was later in the evening — the only time my husband and I were able to visit — and during that time she continued to honk and insult other residents and even children who were outside playing.I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and concerning, welcoming commun

My family and I haven't been here for long, but we definitely look forward to the years as we get down the road in this journey. Its a blessing to get into this place when we did, so thankful for the manager Jose Ortiz who works over time daily to make everything work as it's supposed to. No one likes to be the bad guy but he does it to keep all the ducks(tenants)in a row. We haven't had a problem with any of the hookups, neighbors are the best it can be(friendly and welcoming)as the manager is always cleaning it up, keeping and maintaining the bad apples far from the tree(the park). The spaces are kept organized and cleaned up, with the properties code making it look nice all around. I would give less if it was possible. This place is a dump. And everyone that lives there is fine with that. I arrived to no electricity and when I say No, I mean NO METER. I had talked with the manager for a month before arriving...I was told I had to call for hook up....but, after speaking with the electric company; no paperwork was filed after repairs for a previous fire. It would take 2-5 business days for a meter to be placed...in 100 degree weather! My neighbor had a sewage leak that faced my entryway so, the entire time, I had to smell raw sewage....I couldn’t even go outside and sit for relief from the heat! The management was very helpful whenever needed and it was a nice quiet place live. Rent was affordable and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends
