Ponderosa RV Park

This place is expensive, stickers everywhere. Laundry room has water all ovet the floor, dryers dont work that good, Mark the property manager didn't even come remove ice/snow anywhere here.. he is a slumlord!!

This place is a dump, I’m not sure how it has any stars. The laundry room needs a condemned sign posted. Also you have to pay a $10 fee to even receive a key for the “facility” You share an electric meter with the camper next to you so you really don’t know what your electric usage is. The whole property is TRASH. The owner stated it was cleaned up since he purchased it. Not sure where. The property manager showed up in sweatpants covered on hair, no professionalism. I wish I would’ve taken pictures to go along with this post. If you have any sort of want for hygiene, I definitely wouldn’t even consider this one.

Thankful to find a spot. Our customer service was wonderful. Some young boys knocked on our door and welcomed us with a piece of bubble gum. They said they do that to all the customers. What sweet thoughtful children. Would definitely stop again.

I love living here now the On- Site mgr "Mark" is really nice & helps with anything he can to get you settled in and if you have any problems he will go out of his way to fix it. Also since it changed owners they gotten rid of the stickers in the grass,laid gravel,cut tree,fixed all electric boxes,even installed a new laundry room for us to use. It's really turned around here and I love living here now.A huge Thank you to the new owners and to Mark park mgr.
