This stay was HORRIBLE!!! First encounter was I booked on a 3rd party site, accidentally put smoking rooms, my mistake, front desk said it was an up charge to change it to non-smoking, we had been driving 6+ hours and it was getting late, so said ok fine whatever. Get into the rooms, 212 and 214, both are extremely hot! 214 cooled off, but 212 did NOT! We told the clerk it was hot, unbearable, could we please move rooms, he said no, the AC is fine. Gave us a fan we had to wait over an hour for. I looked at the 3rd party site and the price was the same for smoking and non smoking, so brought that up, wanting atleast that part of our money back, he said no, not my problem no refunds. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues. The most concerning problem was that there was no running hot water in the shower. This is a basic amenity that any guest should reasonably expect. When I attempted to notify staff, I rang the service bell in the morning but no one responded. Later, I was told that I had not rung it, which is incorrect. No one came to assist me at any point. Additionally, the heater made a very loud and unpleasant noise every time it turned on, which disrupted sleep. The television in the room was also not functioning. I made several attempts to contact the hotel about these issues and had to follow up multiple times. My calls were not returned, and ultimately they refused to issue any refund. So much for nonsmoking rooms… as soon as i opened the door I got hit with the smell of smoke. It was very strong. It gave me a headache. However, I didn’t make a fuss about it because we weren’t staying in the hotel for long. The toilets don’t work. Charged me for damages that I didn’t do and were already there. the manager was rude when I called back asking for information and did not try in the slightest to help. Save your Money. Just because it’s cheap it doesn't make the hassle worth it.

Don't stay here! Rooms smell really bad. Floor was disgusting, bed was like concrete. Front desk rude! Refused to give a refund after being in the room for 10 minutes. Did not sleep here it was so bad
