Ponderosa Motel

Overall great experience! Rooms were spacious and clean! The gentleman my wife interacted with to check in was incredibly courteous and friendly. Pricing was reasonable. Only two complaints: 1) Thankfully it rained when we arrived and it cooled down outside from 100F to 70F because our room was being heated before our arrival by the older heating unit pilot light (?) thing, and our window AC unit froze over and stopped working in the middle of the night. 2) The towels were sized for children. Not a big deal. Overall, with the rain saving us from the heat, was a great experience and we will stay again.

Staff very pleasant, kind, courteous and polite. Pet friendly. Rooms spacious clean, A/C works great. Bed wasn't as comfortable as I would've liked but the rooms are great for the price. Quiet comfortable and very clean surroundings. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a week - it was quiet, safe, and all the folks I met were friendly. It's not the most up-to-date motel, but it was exceptionally clean. Well worth the price for me!

Pubs in the tub , lipstick on the mirror, but most of all the rude lady at the desk. Out dated over priced. But the rude lady at the desk is just ridiculous. After a 10 hour work day we just wanted to get some rest. I needed to run to the store to get some stuff for the morning and I'm blocked in . I knocked on the door to ask them if they could move so i can get out, but they didn't answer. I don't answer the door for strangers either so i went to the office to ask the lady if she could call them or go to the door and ask them if they could move so i can get out she rudely said what makes you think they will open the door for me? This is a really nice town everyone is so nice.Idk why she is rude.there was no need in it .we are here working and will be looking for a new room tomorrow. I lo

I am 100% happy. I've had a very rough day traveling I'm about halfway through my trip. San Diego,Ca. to Moline, Ill. I was going to stay at another hotel up the hill. But I had a change of heart. And wa scrambling to find a place to rest. Such a GREAT find From calling to check availability at 830pm they were very kind and accommodating. Room is very clean, mine has a fridge and a microwave!!!! Clean towels warm heat. VERY CLEAN! 10000 STARS FROM ME oh ya.... the price is very fair.
