Great place, fair price, and best of all- SO MANY CATS!!! If you’re a cat-lover, I suggest living here!

Friendly people,upsettingly the owners do not care about the people who live here or about there park, maintenance is never done there bathrooms are abandoned there's a roach infestation all around this park but they demand rent and put a daily late fee if you dont pay what a joke of a business.

Everybody I've met in this park has always been friendly willing to help each other may not be the Taj Mahal but at least they're good people here and not fake ones Jan the manager real nice and will help you do anything she can

I have had many friends, made many friends, and have lost many good friends. Tomorrow I I am going to a funeral of one of the best of those friends. People here are like family. Lots of dog and cat lovers. Still have deer, coyotes, raccoons, all kinds of birds,armadillos,road runners, snakes... This is a place in the middle of up and coming area of lost civilization. God's little secret.

Beware! This place houses permanent residents, with tarps covering camp trailers, plywood all about the place, even a discarded full size kitchen stove just sitting there. Nasty.
