Pleasant Ville Pit Campground is super accesible, $5 per night, has 4 restrooms, well clean, water on site, you have a host on site. I highly recommend.

$5 to camp here, however, it is cautioned that you get what you pay for. Very dark, perpetual stench of pit toilets, no water or electricity, and see photos attached.... Other than that, it was all right.

Perfect Basecamp. Great sunsets. Some sites only suitable for camper vans and and not tents.

This place has gone DOWN. HILL. It used to be a great spot for climbers to post up but now out of 30 campers, 17 are very obviously homeless and 5 of them run their generators 24 hours a day. Homeless will come into your campsite and ask you for things (have had this happen twice and ive been here one day). The "camp host" does nothing about the generators nor the music playing loudly at all hours of the night nor will she do things such as replace toilet paper even when 3 of the bathrooms are entirely out but she will gladly walk into your campsite and combatively chastize you about how you wrote your departure date on your camp slip. Its pretty dissapointing considering how rad of a spot this once was

Great off grid spot just a few minutes from The ORG & Bishop. No hook ups. The camp road in to the sites - maybe a mile - is dirt and rock. But no pot holes or ruts (as of 9/2023), just go slow and you'll be fine even if you baby your rig like we do. We got 4G in the camp too, you only loose it on the dirt road until you get back to the highway. There were plenty of spots available when we dropped in multiple nights.
