Pleasant Parks RV Estates

This is one of the nicest RV parks in Midland/Odessa. The grass area is so nice especially if you have dogs. The trees throughout are also nice and provide shade depending on where you are parked. The owners and grounds keeper are very nice and allow you to have freedom within the park. They are not controlling or in your business which is a huge plus. My only complaint is that I wish they would enforce leashes on dogs when on the premises. While they say they don’t allow aggressive dogs, dogs can react differently when meeting new people/other dogs. I’m definitely not a fan of other dogs running up on mine when I don’t know them. It’s really just a common courtesy that I think would be beneficial when allowing dogs in an RV park to prevent any scuffles. Overall, our stay has been great

Small park in country setting. Quiet and peaceful. Several miles from highway so no road noise at all. Great for restful sleep. Quiet neighbors too. |Sites surround a large grass yard for running your dogs. |Wake up to local roosters crowing in the distance.|Owners are great. Friendly and ready to give local information on things to do.||Would definitely stop in when in the Odessa area.

Probably the nicest park in all of Midland/Odessa area. This park is quiet and has great friendly people staying at the park. The owners of the park are very attentive to your needs if you run into problems. Would definitely stay here again.

First off I will say there good people stayed for a while the RV park. It is well maintained they help when they can it's family owned. They keep the creeps out and weirdos= ♥️ Only cons I would say is during the winter there are pipes that bust and water would be turned off when least expected. Lastly the wifi is dial up speed (meaning) very very slow. If they get starlink wifi it would be nice. Other then that there FAIR and UNDERSTANDING the place is private and quite. I love this park! It's quiet, clean and not a lot of traffic running through the park. Owners and maintenance guy are easy to talk to, down to earth good people. The lots are spacious and the grassy area of the park is very nice and very well maintained. Pet friendly too! 3 lots, one of which were parked in are fully fenced. I have zero complaints. I wish more parks were like this one! Thank you Kevin and Stacey for everything!
