Just moved here but so far so good! Landlord is awesome! We are grateful and happy to be here!

Owners and staff (with exception of cleaning staff) are actively rude and unhelpful; rooms, A/C, and bedding are incredibly old, dusty, and musty; the food is best avoided; the towels are as thin as an old gym sock…need I go on. There is no benefit to staying here. Last-resort only.

Stay here because it’s the only option. The place has bare bones furniture. The bed isn’t comfortable. Our room for two had a table with one chair. Two of the lamps in our room were broken. The heat was still set to 50 when we got into our room (we had checked in and paid ahead of time). The office didn’t open on time at 8 not until 810 and then they started making coffee so that wasn’t ready until 830. And the family in the room two down from us clearly was living there. But it was clean with clean towels. The heat worked. It was quiet. And they let us pay ahead so we could get in late. It’s just way overpriced. At $50 I might give it 4 stars. But I’ve had rooms three times nicer for $40 less.

First of all, I am not one to complain or make a fuss about anything, and I wasn't going to, until I spoke on the phone to a man who works at Pleasant Mountain Inn, and he was a total jerk. Spent the day snowmobiling in Bridgton and it was awesome, came back looking for a place just to rest at night. Booked a simple, 1 queen bedroom and we were disappointed by how cold the room was when we got in. After adjusting the thermostat, the heat didn't come on. I went to take a shower and the hot water didn't work either. Thinking it was late and past the office hours, we ended up sleeping in our snow gear because 1.) I did not want to sleep under the sparse excuse for a blanket that was on the bed and 2.) it was 50 degrees in the room. (The heat did eventually kick on around 2:30 am and was inter

For the price this was a decent room. Nothing fancy, but clean and we had really great customer service. Best part about it was the sports bar on the premises. The food was great and they had a good selection for food and beer. They had live music the night we went and it was really good. Its a nice open space with a bar. They also had a game room with a pool table, air hockey table, and games. It was convenient to eat and drink and be able to walk right to our room.
