Customer Reviews
Great location, fun atmosphere, and the Miracle Mile Shops wrapping around the hotel are super convenient. Rooms have a modern, entertainment-industry theme that's cool without being cheesy. The casino floor has good energy. Strip-view rooms are amazing at night. We saw a residency show here and the venue was perfect. Solid mid-tier option that feels more upscale than the price suggests.
Excellent location but a very impersonal hotel. Room wasn't cleaned on day 2 at all. On day 3 it was cleaned sometime between 4pm and 7pm. On day 7 I was left with only 1 pillow case. The whole room felt very dated and needs a thorough deep clean. The carpet and curtains were grim in places and the dust was thick behind the curtains. Hair behind the bathroom door and general yuk in the corners. I suspect housekeeping aren't given anything like long enough to do a proper job. No kettle so take your own - 2 coffees (americano and normal cappuccino) from the Starbucks in the lobby came to over $19 Shower was hot but pressure was poor. Plenty of thick towels at least. Only mirror in the bedroom was in the wardrobe and the door swings shut without the aid of the bin to hold it open. Bed was hug
Our first Vegas trip and we were not one bit disappointed. From start to finish Planet Hollywood is awesome! To all you negative reviewers. Sit alllll the way down! This place is so conveniently located. Has great food options. Drinks galore. Casino huge and so much fun. Staff so friendly and always there to assist. Rooms spotlessly clean. 34th floor with a view of the Sphere, spectacular. The morning sunrise over the mountains just beautiful. No issue with any elevators as others noted. We reserved a king room but got a 2 queen. For our trouble we were comped late checkout. |We had the best time!
Good experience staying here for my second time. Staff is always kind and helpful. Housekeeping always has the room looking nice and tidy. Gambling and eating in the hotel is easy. Elevators can get busy during peak hours (Small wait) Resort fees are like $50+ a day
Positive: We checked in early and paid the fee but we received an upgraded fountain view room which was a plus. The hotel location is great and the miracle mile shops are a nice add. The variety of food choices in the shops was nice to have options. Room was clean. Negative: The elevators on Friday night. Only one was operating for the north tower and we waited about 30 minutes until we finally got on one of the trips. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room to reheat food.
