Customer Reviews
Great RV Park, lots of room, not stacked on top of each orher, boat ramp & reservable boat slips... quiet & dark & very peaceful even in a spot right at the main entrance, dog friendly but bring a leash...
Very clean campground. Plenty of restrooms and easy access to the lake. There's even a vending machine for firewood!
Best place to spend time swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, jet skiing, camping, and enjoying outdoor activities. Easy to get to. Lots of camp sites. Day use area as well for someone wanting to come for the day only. Bathrooms and showers located at the entrance. Some portable bathrooms located around camp. Great camp hosts. Ice for purchase at 3$ a bag. Firewood area close to bathrooms, and money exchange kiosk located at main bathroom. Beach area is wonderful for kids. Water trampoline hooked up for anyone to use. Water isn't super deep so kids can play pretty far in the water. Roped off area for safety. Lots of boat slips about 16. You can reserve one ahead of time. The water is clear and warm when the weather gets hot. There are lots of horse flies and mosquitos. B
I visited the campground by accident when I was looking for the day use area and stumbled on these two accessible campsites. I didn't camp here but I wanted to pass along the info! Both accessible campsites were close to the lake, with paved paths to a picnic table, fire ring, and barbecue. There's also a paved path down to the boat docks, and up to the restrooms and shower facilities.
The campground was clean and the vault toilet was well kept. October is a good time to be there. Quite hardly anyone there. Kayaker on lake with only one motorboat on it. Electricity was available at the campsites. Perfect time.
