Pioneer RV Park

My Grandma snow birds here and everyone is so friendly. Lots of close neighbors who are like friends.

We really enjoy this park! Nice people, great pool and hot tub, clean laundry room. The managers are very accommodating! If you make a reservation, choose a spot away from the back row (not always possible) and away from the garbage dumpsters. The freeway noise did not bother us, but the 5:30 am garbage dumpsters banging around did!!!

This will be my first week here at Pioneer RV park in Wellton AZ. I have to say this place rocks! The park manager Donny and his wife in the office have been so accommodating to say the least! The park is beautifully maintained, the people here are friendly, and of course the weather is gorgeous everyday! So glad I landed my rig here. Will be staying for many years to come! Thank you Pioneer!

Great park! We visited once (4/23) and now are here full time in the winter. Selling points for us: Everyone is nice! Plus 1. Large, 40’ wide spaces with a patio and a tree. 2. Annual space rent $2700 + electric 3. Whole facility maintained daily. 4. Great pool, hot tub, rec center, laundry room and 4 Pickleball Courts.

Fantastic park, friendly people and well kept with lots of activities!
