Pintler's Portal Hostel

I was reluctant at first to stay at a "hostel" because I haven't had positive experiences in the past. But, Pintler's was nicer than some hotels I've stayed in (and paid twice as much or more!). Super clean, very friendly staff, big organized kitchen to cook meals. I felt very safe there while being a solo traveler. I had a private room and the bathrooms were a short walk from my room. I couldn't have asked for anything more while at the local Yogafest.

My stay at Pintlers portal hostel was great! Steve was so nice, giving me a tour of the property and making sure that I had everything I needed. The facility itself is very nicely decorated, comfortable with so many places to hang out, watch TV, and play board games. The kitchen on site is state of the art, and last but not least my room was very cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here the next time you’re in Anaconda!

The stay was great! I'm really glad I discovered the hostel when passing through Anaconda. Very clean, comfy, cozy, well stocked, and had an overall good feel. Great place to find out more about hiking and other outdoor things to do in the area as they have a map room. Staff were great as well. I enjoyed talking with Steve, Marsha, and Kaelyn. Best hostel in the USA!! Marsha, Steve and staff very welcoming and attentive. Booked for a 3 day yoga festival. Attention to details was throughout the hostel. Clean, comfy. Full kitchen. Definitely will return to this hidden hostel and mountain town.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hostel. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Met a couple of cool people stopping by from the Continental Divide trail (even gave one of them a ride to his next start off point). He had commented that this was one of the nicer hostels he has stayed in. The bathrooms, showers and kitchen were well maintained. The common area was surprisingly very spacious. I had planned to stay 6 nights there. On the last night, there was a large group coming in and they had accidentally overbooked. They provided me with a room at a very nice hotel in town which they covered. I very much appreciated their honesty and going out of their way to correct their oversight.
