It was a late night stop. $80 a night. Room was small, only half of the lighting worked. The TV took about 20 minutes to warm up. All of the rooms were smoking rooms, wouldn't have smelled so bad if it was aired out once in a while. The air conditioner took at least an hour to cool off the room, but by 6am had to turn it off, got very cold, no thermostat, very noisy. No security lock or chain on the door.

First, weekly rates are $295.00, daily $80.00. not unusual pricing for a motel, but the condition of these rooms and the totally non-existant service should place the price of these rooms at about a quarter of what they're asking, and even then id still be iffy about it considering the bug bites every night. you will be horrendously itchy, and have swelling bites, not sure if they're bed bug bites, i've never experienced bed bugs to my knowledge, or if they are like a spider bite. but theyre mosquito sized and swelling. onto the next part, the shower/tub in room 1 next to the leasing office hadnt drained since checking in, mentioned it to manager and he said he had a drain puller but never got around to it, i ended up staying about 3 weeks, was stuck in a rock and a hard place and unfortun

The "supposed" manager here, Tom is drunk so early in the day that he's locked in his room passed out by early afternoon... The owner is evidently not aware that Tom let's many people trying to rent rooms get totally ignored losing many potential clients... Tom walk around here drunk continuously pontificating that "I'm The King" & reciting Bible verses... Totally out of control & very annoying!!! I highly recommend staying somewhere else if you're looking for peace of mind... Tom's not letting that happen; major pest!!!

I needed a room for two nights while attending an event in nearby Hamburg, NY. All the reasonably-priced rooms were taken, all the rest were overpriced (e.g., $189 a night for a Super 8). I grabbed a room here based on online info. It was in poor condition, the storm door to my room looked like it had been kicked in, the door lock was very difficult to work, the bathroom was dirty, etc. The positives? Decent shower, firm bed and pillows, a/c worked. On the other hand, there was no housekeeping and it's on a noisy street. The staffer was nice enough, but this place needs a lot more than that to make it worth the price of admission.

The hotel was dirty, the man who ran it was extremely rude. We didn't even have a bathroom door! It was a sliding acordian door that you'd put in front of a glass door for a patio or something. That wouldn't have bothered me if it wasn't for the fact that this door was broken and had a huge hole in it where you could see directly through the door! When we flipped our covers back to check for bed bugs as we do at any hotel, 5 stars or not, we found our comforter had holes developing on the inside. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable, the pillows felt like literal rocks, and we just felt all around uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the $105 I paid for it. For that ridiculous price I could have stayed somewhere a lot cleaner with a much friendlier staff. Please please please do not go her
