We enjoy our long term stays and hope you can provide rates so we can stay and hopefully can provide group rate so we can all stay. Mary does an awesome job!!!!!!! She does water aerobics tie dye other activities works everywhere & anytime. She does an awesome job!! Go Mary!!!!!! We hope Perry’s can provide winter guest rates so we can all stay here even more we have loved the May years of sharing our winter families and also all your winter guests bring their family & friends here to stay also which brings in many more extra thousands of dollars on top income From our long term stays. Positive: I received a text from the front desk asking how my stay was going! I replied and asked if we could have fresh towels because we left the room after housekeeping already came through and they replied with of course! Negative: The coffee maker did not work well when we tried to make our own coffee vs the packets in the room. The room description said it came with an oven but it only had a stove top on the counter.

Our recent stay at [Hotel Name - if you want to add one] left a lot to be desired, despite a few bright spots.||||Upon arrival, the front desk attendant made it clear they'd rather be anywhere else, setting a rather unwelcoming tone. Our room itself had several issues: the air conditioner barely worked, making for an uncomfortable night, and the pull-out couch mattress was frankly disgusting. There were also no USB ports for charging devices, which is a basic amenity expected these days. Adding to the discomfort, the hallways consistently smelled strongly of marijuana, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy for rooms.||||Beyond the room, the hotel's infrastructure seemed neglected. The elevator was barely functional, and a quick check revealed its inspection certificate was expired by thre

We have had a great experience here. Everyone has been so friendly. The grounds are so clean, the room was clean. They have made sure we had everything we needed every day! We loved the indoor pool. We arrived super early after a 12 hour drive and they let us check in early!! Our family has truly enjoyed the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I had such an amazing experience at Perry’s Ocean Edge resort. The staff was amazing the 3 staff that stood out to me the most was Emily very friendly and made me feel at home, Mary your service is exceptional! Ricky thank you for answering all my questions leading up to the trip and keeping me reassured that everything will be okay. The location is breathtaking and the coffee and homemade donut while watching the sunrise was icing on the cake. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you, thank you, thank you! 💋
