Pendleton Pointe Lodging

We were very disappointed with this accommodation. We booked via booking.com|The photos are very deceiving. They show the inside of cosy cabins but the other rooms are like converted garages. Very basic amenities. Microwave and fridge. No glasses, cutlery, crockery or utensils. Not even an ice making machine on site like most accommodations in USA. There is no one on site to talk to, everything is by email. We complained about the room as we didn’t want to spend a our second night here. After a few emails they said we may be able to change us to a cabin. After that they ignored any further emails. I thought the floor looked dirty, so I gave it a wipe over. It was filthy. See photo. Modern with a comfy cozy clean feel. Great customer service. We reached out late and property manager got back to us quickly saved us from driving through the night. Coffee bar available. And only 40 minuses from Yellowstone west entrance. Service staff came in the morning to see if we needed any extra supplies. Also the laundry mat on property was great.

This place was really nice. Sat back off the road a bit and a bit further from Yellowstone than some places, but overall had a great experience here. It was also a plus they had a laundromat on site.

Our room was nice- however it needed some things and there were some minor issues. The toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall and not been replaced, no cover over the bathroom fan, coffee and coffee maker provided- no sugar- nothing to stir with- and needed a towel holder for hand towel near sink and a lamp in next to the bed. We did call for extra towels and they brought them right away. Check in and out is very easy. It’s a 35 minute drive from West Yellowstone, and there is not much to eat close by- only one place for breakfast without driving 20-25 minutes. Reasonably priced.

The room was not ready on arrival. They had forgotten to make it ready. Bed not made, bathroom and kitchen not cleaned, no towels, coffee machine missing. At 11 o'clock in the evening our room was made ready. We were very tired and just wanted to sleep. We were not given an alternative room. They promised to refund 50% of the booking price for the inconvenience. Pendleton Pointe Lodging did not fulfill this promise. They have ignored our request to this day and have not responded to our messages. The owner also does not respond to messages from Booking. Rooms are otherwise nice. Currently noise due to construction site in front of the door. Hands off this accommodation. No trust in the operator.
