Pembrooke townhomes

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very unpleasant experience at Pembroke Townhouse on Highway 85 in Riverdale, GA, and I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness is absolutely disgusting, especially in the bathroom. There was visible dirt and buildup, urine, and feces on and around the toilet. Roaches were present in the room as well. What’s even more concerning is that the maids proudly show you the room, despite the bathrooms, rooms, refrigerator, and overall space being extremely dirty and unsanitary. The stove in the main area is never properly cleaned, so every time you turn it on, it smells, burns food, and leaves a strange aftertaste. This makes it almost impossible to cook or feel comfortable using the kitchen area at all. As for staff, while one male staff member at the front desk was ki

I had a bad experience staying in Pembroke. Management was rude and even the staff too. They treat you like you are in a halfway house. They claim I had a lot of compliments on me and I know it was a lie. But when I was having problems they didn't do anything. They told me that I had to move out on October 28, but I moved out before than because of the fact had they handle things. This is the nastiest place to move to so please think about living there because they have strick rules there and they treat you like you no body.

Honestly, I like it. It’s affordable. You’ll have a bed, a fridge, a microwave, a private bathroom, a TV, a dresser, a mini dresser, and a closet. They also have cameras on-site. The only thing I don’t like is that we don’t have a chain for our room door. However, you’ll need a key to even enter the building.

It's a very good opportunity to get back on your feet and management is great. However sometimes the tenants misbehave with loud music inside or outside and some smoking 🚬 🚭. However it is not a huge problem. And it is rare. But overall I am deeply grateful this property was available at the time I needed it. I recommend Pembrooke townhomes. It does provide peace of mind.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Great value for the price.
