Live In Lodge Extended Stay Riverdale

I have given Live In Lodge 4 Starz, due to the Staff and the Action taken when guest, like myself had been effected by, emergency circumstances that merit a quick response. I think they need to address their pest issues better, the lack of proper security on the property and they don't have system in place for guest who are locked out of their room. Security is Not in place to assist guest locked out of their room after hours. No phone number or contact info nor security to let you in your room. That needs to be addressed.

Roaches are definitely indigenous to the place. They aren't ever gonna leave. Rules are stricter than a Mennonite parent. It keeps you stressed and walking on eggshells the entire duration of your stay. There are random weekly inspections which I highly recommend being present for because some of the staff steals. The staff is always right, never the customer. If you are disgruntled for any reason, they can put you out with no refund. There are curfews for kids and fines for any and everything from leaving a pot on the stove to leaving a dish in the sink. It's constantly under construction and you can be moved to a different room for any reason at anytime. Don't be fooled by pics. The rooms do not have a consistent look. There are roaches in the rooms. Had to buy raid and treat room every other day for 5 days and spot treatments every every 4 days. The customer service has a awful here. The clerks give poor customer service. The maintenance guys don’t speak English, very broken. I told the front office about fixing my toilet, they dragged their feet about getting it done. Code inspector happen to be out I stopped her becuz my toilet was not fixed. I was having to plunge toilet each time I used it. This is past ridiculous. Now around 927pm I went to a store a block away from my room and returned in 10 minutes to find a paper taped on the door threatening me with a fine. Nothing was checked on it saying why.At the bottom it said this is only a warning. But for what? This is harassment. They also have a no r

The Staff are professional, however no continental breakfast or breakfast lounge, no pet park or play park for kids, no excerise room, computer station for guest nor pool. This location is for extended lodging work or temporary transitioning in your residence.

I stayed here 3 months in room 130 and I loved it unfortunately due to finances we eventually had to leave, but after a certain time we were allowed to get our things I’m going back as soon as possible it’s a business that is written like any other and I must say things have changed because I did not have bugs upon the fact that I constantly clean anyway I received housekeeping, and I love the fact that you are not allowed to smoke in the rooms they have little cigarette canisters beside the doors. I had no problem with the office staff. It is what it is there are rules or regulation of which they Have to follow and they are clear to you upon moving in just as anywhere else that you stay I would like to thank them for the generosity and I’ll be back in about two weeks and as I returned go
