**Disrespectful and Unprofessional – Worst Experience Ever with Christy** Our stay at this RV/cabin location was terrible, all because of the manager, Christy. She is rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. She lies, changes rules and prices at her convenience, and treats people with zero respect. The property itself is also filthy and poorly maintained. The worst part: **Christy wasn’t even there when my husband checked in**. Then, out of nowhere, a full day later, she showed up pounding on the door, yelling loudly in front of other guests, and told him he had to leave. Her reasoning? That he had arrived 30 minutes early to check in—even though he stayed in the truck and didn’t disturb anyone. There was no warning, no respectful conversation—just an outburst and a demand to le

The female manager is extremely out of line, unprofessional, bears no mannerisms and contains no couth whatsoever. She yells at tenants in the parking lot, and absolutely over uses her authority (and, I'm using that word lightly as she has to have a second job due to her not being able to maintain tenants) I give her 0 stars. If, she was not the one poorly managing the property, it would be an exceptional place to live. Read up on Tenant/Landlord Laws because, promise that lady has not!

The manager has been very kind and professional. If you are having problems be honest with her and berry and they will work with you. Very quiet place at night and your normal day to day nose during the day. Clean and great price.

We have stayed here in 2020 & now in 2021 as my husband had/has work in Blackwell. Great WiFi, cable, clean & comfortable room, full kitchen w/ pots/dishes/silverware. The owner, Pat, is very hospitable & you really feel like family. This town is quiet, clean, very friendly people.

Lived here for awhile now love the landlords always helpful and nice great place to live great place to start a family and settle down great place to move forwards in life and not worry about ur home hope u enjoy like I do
