The lower loop has great lakeside pads and fire pits. Our pad at #30 was within 10 feet of the lake and well screened from neighbors. The parking spots above are on the road and not as isolated.
Our first experience there was awesome. Just some info that we couldn't find before we left: Water is located near site 5, 17, and 25. There might be another location on the lower loop. Pit toilets are on the edges, so flush toilets are near the middle of each loop. Great spot and we will be back!
Been going here for years. Great place with great camp hosts. CAUTION: Lower Loop spot #36 is too narrow and too steep for a trailer. It damaged our trailer when we were leaving.
Love this place. Peaceful & beautiful. Parking is tough on the weekends.
